Instructions
  1. Enter your 7-digit phone number (No area code) used at the lab during invoicing or enter your email address.
  2. A code will be sent to the email address used during invoicing.
  3. Enter the code in the spaces provided.
  4. Once you have access to the platform you can click on the various links for your Doctor Report and patient friendly report. Please note that the patient friendly report is not available for all tests.
  5. Incase if difficulties accessing the platform please email health@triage.ltd for support.
